Vanessa's room

All bills are included in the monthly rent total (Internet/Wifi, Electricity, Water, & Trash). Private bedroom, large closet, the option to rent/buy a TV, separate bathroom from the master, large soaking bathtub, rain and detachable showerheads, built-in Bluetooth speaker in bathroom, comfortable living room seating, eclectic decorating style, bar station, books, movies and games available, galley kitchen with skylight, enclosed sunroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, fire pit, a multifunctional full-body home gym, InstantPot air fryer, InstantPot Pressure Cooker/Slow Cooker, NutriBlender, and plenty of parking space. It may be a humble home but I’m very proud of it and will like to keep communication open about boundaries and expectations (this of course goes both ways). You can’t beat this area either! 3-8 miles from Addison, Dallas, Lewisville, Irving, Los Colinas, HEB, Coppell, Grapevine, DFW Airport, Love Field Airport, I-35, 635, George Bush Turnpike, Dallas Toll Road and Galleria Mall.

I work remotely most days so I try to keep the house homey, clean and full of natural light. Two medium size dogs (a cool scruffy terrier mix, Rocco, and a lazy/needy blue nose pitbull, Duke), one white betta fish. I’m an account exec for multiple companies and work a hybrid schedule in-house and in the field, 36 yo (going on 37), travel regularly, host here/and there, not messy (or OCD either). *I have a sitter on standby for when I’m away, so you don’t need to worry about the puppers. :}
