The house has two floors, the ground floor has a living room and a kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 rooms and a bathroom. The location of the house is 10 minutes walking distance from the new york buses.

The room has a full size bed, desk, chair and drawers. Living room and kitchen also furnished.

There are 3 cats in the house. That’s why I prefer someone who is good with cats. Cats are docile and affectionate.

I am looking for a quiet and clean female tenant like me for the other room where I will stay in one room of my 2 bedroom house in Clifton. I already purchased internet for the home and this cost would be included in rent as well as the other utilities. We would be sharing a single bathroom.
