It is a bedroom in a 2bd/ba apartment located in a safe fenced apartment complex, we will share bathroom and the kitchen. washer, dryer are present in the building which you pay for, you also pay for your wifi ( Xfinity pass). A french friend is occupying the living room, that’s why your rent is cheaper than usual in this area. The apartment is at a walking distance from alot of restaurants and banks around. The roommate must be quiet, polite who has a job and respects others despite differences. No pets allowed.
