Cypress Street

The room is 12x11’. It comes with its own bathroom (not attached to room, but not used by others). This is an uncommonly large flat for SF. It’s 6 bed 2 bath, kitchen, large living room, photo studio (I used to work out of this space but no longer do), storage spaces, office, garage, and more. It’s the entire 3rd floor of a 4 story Victorian with beautiful features. Most of the other floors have been divided into 3 apartments per floor. I’ve had this apartment for over 20 years now. The house is full of eclectic art and plenty of other interesting stuff. Lots of common space.

The roommates are: #1 me: male, 40s, software engineer; #2: nonbinary/20s/physics student; #3 male/50s stagehand. All working/studying full time outside the house. So we would be 4 people total in a 6bed/2bath house. 420 & alcohol friendly but not a party house. Message me for a link to more pictures of the house!
