A private room in Sunny Venice Beach CLOSET, PRIVATE BATHROOM and LOFT! shower + tub HARD WOOD FLOORS! Less than a mile to the beach!! We have a SALT WATER HEATED gorgeous pool, 3 story GYM, BBQ area and tons of grass for laying out, studying, working, reading. The apartment includes Washer and Dryer in unit. Month to month. Parking is available but a monthly charge OR street parking pass.
Must be clean, mature, respectful and responsible. Must love animals.
About the roomies
I am the only person that lives here my boyfriend recently moved out so I have an extra room I have a very friendly somewhat lazy and active husky that loves to cuddle and lick you and just wants love and I have my little kitty cat who probably will not see cuz she loves to hide from people and never comes out unless just my attention. But those would be the other two roomies besides me
