Jefferson Street

There are three rooms in the apartment. The room we’re renting out is upstairs with a shared bathroom. There’s a kitchen, living room, and a washer/dryer unit. It’s around 5 minutes from the beach and in the Arbors apartment complex.

For lifestyle/routines - I usually sleep around 11pm and wake up around 6am. I do biology research and I get back home usually around 6-7pm (but sometimes earlier). I’m fairly clean and organized and I usually meal prep on the weekends. For more personal details - I’m 23 years old and in my free time I do app development, go to the gym, and paint.
