I am renting out my casita. There is no access to the main house, where I am, so it is private. You will have a separate entrance to your room. The neighborhood my house is located in is gated. The casita is like a studio apartment. The room is very spacious, with a full bathroom, 2 closets, and kitchenette. The neighborhood has a community pool in our backyard, and tennis courts.
