About the room
I am renting out my casita. There is no access to the main house so it is private. You will have a separate entrance to your room. The neighborhood my house is located in is gated. The casita is like a studio apartment. The room is very spacious, with a full bathroom, 2 closets, and kitchenette. The neighborhood has a community pool in our backyard, and tennis courts. I am in the process of moving in, so I will have the room cleaned before anyone moves in. If you need furniture, I can help you get that as well.
About the roomies
You would be staying in the casita so it is a very private room. I am a very quiet roommate in my twenties, and if you ever need help, I am a knock away (:
