Siarar's room

Room for rent, available August 1st. Shared kitchen/bathroom/living room month to month. Utilities & Wifi included in rent. Will require first months rent, and $850 deposit to move in. I’m looking for someone who is mature, knows how to clean up after themselves/share chores, is respectful of quiet time when I’m studying/sleeping (I work pretty normal hours and will also be respectful of your hours), and doesn’t have a lot of guests in and out. No kids, the room is for a single individual only. Will take more photos of room once it’s fully empty. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me by email or text. I am a single female that works full time and I am also going to school. I have one cat, the landlord does not want anymore pets. I am 420 friendly. I do have family/friend gatherings on occasion but they are moreso quiet get togethers.
