I am a labor and housing organizer and strategist and a consultant for nonprofit organizations that focus on those things. The other roommate is a musician. Adults with good communication skills and ability to respect boundaries. We occasionally have guests around, and the house has enough common spaces where we could have guests without being a nuance to the other roommates. We rarely host parties, but wouldn’t be opposed to it if there’s proper communication/coordination ahead of time.
