Hey everyone!

We are looking for a housemate as early as August 1st move in and latest August 11th. My husband and I are renting out the Master bedroom and private bathroom/shower in our single story home in Clayton near Ygnacio. Price is going to vary on single or double occupancy (no more than 2 people please)

-High speed fiber internet included -PGE covered up to $200 (and then split extra) -We cover garbage, water, landscaping, bi-monthly professional cleaning of all shared spaces. -We also cover cleaning supplies and TP. -Plenty of parking and storage in needed -Very quiet and safe neighborhood -Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances, butcher block counters -Washer and dryer shared in Garage -Central heater and conditioner and ceiling fans

Tenant has their own fridge/freezer and seperate pantry. We also have an extra living space not pictured that is included as an office space or small living room. Shared kitchen/large back yard with BBQ. Must be pet friendly we have 2 very loving dogs and a cat, no smoking please. We have a 3 year old, but the master bedroom is down the hall behind a separate door so it stays quiet and private. Looking for no drama, no excessive drinking please.
