House is off Yelm Hwy by Rich road, a 4 bedroom, three bath, W/D, DW, fenced backyard, gas fireplace. Room available is upstairs, Year lease desired but willing to be flexible. Not furnished but I do have some items you can use. Shared bath. 850/month Includes electric, gas heat, water/trash/internet. 500 deposit.
There are two dogs and a cat in residence, so no other dogs at this point. Other pets on a case by case basis. And a Beta! And Koi in the Koi pond. Please be able to pass a background check, be employed or have sufficient means to pay rent. Be an adult in how you handle things.
