Sia's room

One of the rooms has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, it’s a large room with a view of the backyard. Because of the eastern facing window you get lots of light in the day!

The other room is also on the bigger side, it also has an eastern facing window and another northern facing window. There’s tons of closet space and a beautiful newly renovated shared bathroom.

The property has a pool, a washer and dryer, a grill and fire pit. We have garage space for any outdoor equipment you may have and lots of space around the property for parking. We have two affectionate cats that are 1 1/2 yrs old.

I am a student that works with kids, I usually am out and about either working/in class or at the gym or skating. I’m a pretty quiet roommate that loves communication.

My sister also lives here and she is a working professional that works typically from home but keeps to herself usually.

We are open to everyone of all kinds of 🍃backgrounds, I just ask that you are a clean person and like cats.
