Jovan's room

My urban home is in a friendly, residential neighborhood in the upper north side of Montrose, one of Houston’s best neighborhoods. Just at the end of our block is a local elementary school. This is a brand new home and is kept very clean.

Some key components to the space of my home:

(1) The room for rent is a furnished room with a queen bed, night stands, a Samsung TV, and walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared, which is only the case if there is someone else renting the other room.

(2) The living room space speaks elements to the quality of the property. With real leather chairs and high ceilings, luxury living breathes in the living room space. It’s an ideal place for playing games or relaxing and watchibg netflix.

(3) There is dedicated space to the dining room with comfortable seating for everyone to sit around the table and have a warm meal.

(4) The backyard is an excellent spot to hang out and grill up any of your tasty favorites with my Traeger grill.

(5) There is a study room for anyone who works from home.

(6) There is shared garage parking and parking in the driveway.

Hello, I’m Jovan and the owner of the property. I currently live in the house on the third floor. I’m a young professional and work half of my time from home and the other half in the office. I’m from Colorado and like to spend my time in the gym and with friends. There may be other roomates as well, depending on timing.
