You will have complete access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room as well as the washer and dryer located in the basement. Parking is easy and you may park directly in front of the house on the street. The security deposit is due at the beginning of your move-in date and will be returned via check to you once you move out.

I am a working professional and a recently-single dad of a two-year old. My daughter will occupy the residence with me 30-50% of the time.
