House 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, bottom floor of an old two-story house, with 6 steps leading to the front door and 5 steps for the backdoor. All wood floors with tiled bathrooms –> you’ll share a bathroom with another housemate Washer and dryer in unit No dishwasher but it’s a spacious kitchen Assigned parking is already taken so street parking only. Bike rack in the house so ride on in! It’s a tidy, clean house. We rotate chores on a monthly basis

Neighborhood Uptown Oakland, (technically called Korea/Northgate, or KONO) Mixed-use neighborhood. We’ve got apartment complexes, a fire station, a restaurant, and multiple auto shops on our block. A 12 minute walk to 19th St. Bart and blocks away 6 and 51b bus lines Walking distance within multiple grocery stores, restaurants/bars, fitness places, galleries, concert venues, and an arthouse movie theater.

Housemates J is a 33-year-old cis-hetero Black woman, a late bloomer with an old soul. Though originally from Connecticut, she’s been blooming in Oakland for the last 9 years. A college student whose extracurriculars include daily walks to Lake Merritt, researching industry conspiracies, and trying out new restaurants.
