About the room
August 1st Move In!
Looking for a female roommate to take over my roommate’s spot in the lease.
The room: Spacious master bed with attatched bathroom. Large closet space.
The Rent is $1296 or $648 per person until the lease renewal in November (the renewal increase last year was only $30 more per month). Water and trash are included.
Separate utilities are internet ($39.99) and electric/energy which varies per month. This year it has not been above $120. Both will be split 50/50.
No pets please, but must be comfortable with large dogs. There are two established canine residents who love people. They are confined when I am not present and are not allowed on the common room furniture.
All common rooms are furnished, the master bed is not.

About the roomies
A little bit about me: I am a single 29 soon to be 30 year old woman. I work five days a week and generally come home to walk my dogs, eat dinner, watch a little TV and head to bed. When I’m not working I am writing, going to the movies, hanging out with friends, or going to Disney. I don’t have friends/family over often, but I will always give you a heads up beforehand! LGBTQ+ friendly always!
