Parking if free street parking and there has never been an issue of finding a spot. Renter will be responsible for all utilities such as water/electricity/gas/internet.

You will have the entire space to yourself. I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I moved out. Current lease is until January, but Landlord would be willing to create new lease once term ends.
