This is a 2 bedroom guest home that is not connected to the main house. The home has its own private entrance and exit. Each room is for rent or you can rent out the entire home.It is equipped with its own backyard as well. property is located behind private gate, each room will come with 1 parking spot. Room does not have its own laundry unit you are welcome to bring your own. Both rooms have private restrooms. The home will have Shared Dining, living, and kitchen area between both housemates.

No over night guest, smoking inside the home, parties. Looking for someone that is quiet, organized, and cleanly.

Home was recently renovated and finished renovations 7/5/23.

Home is close to Mt. Sac college, Cal Poly Pomona, & Citrus College

Deposit: $1000 Monthly Rent Per room : $1500 Utilities Besides - Electricity are included.

Room will be shared with 1 other housemate. Housemates will only share living room and dining room. Each room has its own separate restroom.
