Single family 3 bed 2 bath home in Phoenix. Home is close to downtown which is super convenient for sporting events, concerts, restaurants, bars, etc. The room available is at the front of the home with a bathroom next to it. Room is currently furnished but will be empty by the time renter moves in. Can negotiate if prefer to rent the room furnished.

I’m 29 and live in the home by myself and am looking for a roommate! I am an early bird most of the time. I like to wake up early for the gym and work from home most of the week. Clean and organized. I keep to myself but also enjoy going out to eat and trying new things, so down to hang as roomies as well!
