Renting 1 bed room with a shared bathroom in a 4 bed room, 2 bath Upland home to professionals and/or students. This is a single story home on a large lot with plenty of parking. It is located above Foothill Ave in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Historic downtown Upland and San Antonio Regional Hospital, Casa Colina, Pomona Valley. In addition, The Claremont Colleges are also a short drive away. We are also close to many restaurants and shopping centers (less than 10 away minutes from Sprouts and Target).

Background and credit checks will be required.

First month rent + $ security deposit.

I’m a software engineer looking to rent to other professionals or students. No couples and no children. Rooms are furnished with a bed, Dresser, and Nightstand. Roomies can provide any other furniture they desire.
