Grant's room

Hello future roommate! We are Grant (they/them), Malkah (any pronouns), and Riti (she/hers), three students from Columbia Mailman School of Public Health, and we’re looking for a fourth roommate to join our home in Washington Heights, near New York Presbyterian Hospital.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: We have a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and large common space. While there’s no in-unit laundry, we do have an elevator and convenient access to subway stops (3 minute walk to 163rd C and 6 minute walk to 168 for 1AC). Rent is around $1000. Move-in would be on September 1. Pictures upon request.

ABOUT US: We’re friends valuing open communication, mutual respect, and building community (throwing an occasional dinner party or gathering). We respect diverse lifeways! We are learning how to live intentionally in community, we are social justice advocates, and have a love for walking and good vegan/vegetarian foods. We all try to balance social and work/study life by keeping quiet on late weeknights but also going out on some weekends. :)
