Former tenant was here for nine years. Easy access to all major highways, shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Close to railroad station.

The other two tenants are professional young women. Plenty of privacy and peace. One has been here for three years in downstairs studio completely private. The other is a new tenant that has been here for about six months. Both are wonderful tenants. Former tenants stay for a minimum of five years, and maximum of nine years.
