Rochambeau Avenue

This is a 3 bedroom apartment in a gorgeous elevator building. All the bedrooms are very large. The shared kitchen and bathroom are also very large., This particular bedroom is 200+ sq feet and has larger windows (42“ width) perpendicular to each other facing the avenue/front of the building. There is a laundry facility in the basement as well as a hour laundromat around the corner and a dry cleaner around the other corner. The subway station (D train 205th Street) is literally RIGHT OUTSIDE the side entrance to this building. The section of the building where the apartment is situated has less tenants than all the other sections affording us a deeper sense of privacy, comfort and quietness This is a very well maintained building.

If selected, you will be sharing with two working males that work during the day and are never home before 7 or 8pm and who’s days off are Sunday/Monday. One roommate is barely ever here. I am the tenant of record and I’m easy to get along with. Most of the people that rent at my apartments stay with me for years. I have another apartment a few blocks away as well. My tenants never leave out of unhappiness but rather they graduate to an apartment or property ownership. Im very flexible and don’t keep many stringent rules. We’re adults and I just want my roommates to be happy.
