2 bedroom ADU with private entrance behind the main house. Street parking or we can alternate parking on the driveway. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Shed for storage. The house is fully furnished. There is in-house laundry, but I need to fix the dryer. Just a loud squeaking sound unless you don’t mind it. There is a bathroom that you will use and be tasked with cleaning it since it’s for guests.

Just me, 27 working guy. My usual routine is work, gym, then home so you’ll see me around at night hanging out in the living room or in my room. An important note is that I like a quiet household. I don’t make a ton of noise, I usually have headphones on or speak in a hushed tone. I don’t expect you to be completely silent but quiet hours are at 10pm. I sleep and wake up early so please be respectful of that. I won’t ask you to maintain the outside and mop the floors, but I will ask you to clean up after yourself and wipe the counters etc. I’d say I’m responsible, receptive, and communicative. As long as you are respectful of the home, I’ll be chill. I like to be open and friendly but if you wish to be alone I will respect that. Ideally I would like to hang out and get to know each other to see what the dynamic will be like.
