Mirrorton Av

I am looking for a roommate for the first floor bedroom of my 3 floor townhouse in the Mirrorton apartment complex. It is a private room with a private bathroom. My bedroom is on the third floor. The second floor houses the kitchen and the living room.

I am an EdTech consultant working in the Lakeland area. I work on site three days per week and at home the other two days. I am a 31 year old male with no pets. I don’t drink. I am extremely clean and quiet and will expect you to be clean as well. I am friendly and agreeable. I studied architecture and design for 6 years, so the common space will be very well furnished :)
