A great duplex at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Easy access to the ski resorts in the winter & lots of fun hikes/climbs in the winter. I have two dogs who get along well with dogs & cats. theres a small yard & a covered parking space as well as a storage shed that could be used for outdoor gear.
