Hello, I am renting out an extra room in my apartment in North Boulder right off of Broadway. I have lived here for 4 years now and just renewed my lease for an additional year. This apartment is fully furnished besides your bedroom, washroom, and closet space. The Room has it’s own private bathroom with washer and dryer in unit. All the appliances are practically new and the common space is well kept.

Share apartment with 1 other person (myself). Rent is $1350 this is including utilities and internet.

First/Last Months deposit to move in (this can be negotiated). 1 year minimum rental period.

(Move in date can be negotiated earlier.)

Low Maintenance Drama Free Professional who can pay the bills on time. Clean 420 friendly Good rental history

About me: I am 31 year old and work a decent amount. I am a Manager at a restaurant and in my spare time I’m either hanging out with friends, traveling, or working. I am home about 50% of the time so it’s pretty relaxed and quiet for the most part. I respect the space of others and try to be mindful of common areas and noise.
