About the room
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the closest beach is about a 10-12 min drive. There is AC, Wifi, and a sunroom. LGBTQA friendly, 420 friendly, pet friendly. Washer and dryer available as well. The house is a little older so we’ll be doing some repainting and remodeling throughout the year. We don’t smoke but I don’t mind if you smoke, just do it in the Sun room or outside please.
About the roomies
I’m mercedys, me and my husband are looking for a roommate. We tend to keep to ourselves, I just moved to Virginia in May so it’s all still brand new to me, I have an indoor cat named Prismo, he gets along with others. We don’t go out a whole lot, so when we’re home we’re usually just gaming or watching movies/shows. Pretty laid back people.
