Hi,

Looking for someone to take over my lease by end of July in a shared 2bd/2ba in Santa Rosa downtown. The apartment is close to the Junior College and many cool shops, restaurants, and breweries, plus being a short walk from SMART/public transportations and groceries. The room listed has a terrace that allows for views of beautiful sunsets and has its own spacious bathroom. The apartment complex also has its own gym. Utilities are not fixed but usually are around 200 total (100 split)

Both my roommate and I are very easygoing, open-minded, and respectful and is okay with doing anything but also just chilling. We’ve had a really good experience rooming together so ideally the person taking over the my lease would share those qualities. My roommate has a dog so you would have to be okay with that. We are also 420 friendly
