My girlfriend and I have rooms for rent in 2600sq ft new home. House and community less than 1yr old. Everything included. Full use of home. Chef’s kitchen, living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Pet friendly - all pets welcome with ample room in backyard and tall privacy fence for pets to run. 15min from campus. Home security system and high speed wifi. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Also have some storage available if needed.

I stay and work here full time with our dogs and she commutes between here and FL where she’s planning on taking the Bar Exam. We’re quiet but friendly - we’ve been in the service industry most of our lives.
