Cute and charming 2 bed 1 bath ~1,000 sq ft house in the Encanto Neighborhood (in PHX near McDowell and 15th Ave). The shared spaces living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished by me and feature a lot of pink! Features a large backyard with a semi shaded patio, a fire pit and storage garage, as well as a carport that can fit up to 5 cars.
