Room: ($1300 per month): 9 x 14. This is the Single Bedroom and private bathroom. It is completely empty, it has a full bathroom with a tub and cabinet for extra storage. It has a closet with sliding doors and a top shelf for storage. Perfect for a single person with a queen sized bed. It’s on the 3rd floor next to the master with a nice view of the neighborhood.

Please NO PETS OR CHILDREN. We’d prefer no pets because we currently have a cat and a puppy, but if you have a small animal we can discuss it during the interview.

Me (24) and my girlfriend (21) live here with my cat. We plan on getting a puppy in the future but as of right now just us. We both are working and I plan on going back to school soon.
