Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment on second floor in Alamitos Beach area of Long Beach, CA. Female preferred, but open if you’re the right fit. You would have your own room, bathroom & parking spot (which is huge in this area). They will want to run a credit check ($35). Current rent is $2000 that is split. Security deposit is $950. Utilities (including WiFi) runs around $150-180 a month (so $75-90 to split). Just a few blocks to the beach!

A little bit about me: I’m a 41 year old single working female. I’ve been working from home (in my room), but occasionally go into the office. I mostly keep to myself and not looking to be friends if you don’t want to be, but I’m nice and friendly. I’m gone some weekends. I take a gym class M-TH at 6:30pm and back around 8pm. I get up around 6am. Sleep around 10-11pm. Very considerate, quiet, clean/tidy, and respectful of other persons space and belongings which I also expect you to be. I’m ok with the occasional visitor but if you have a partner or someone that’s over a lot, it’s probably not the best fit for me.
