Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to lease an unfurnished 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Temescal, Oakland starting mid-August. The rent for this apartment would be around 1700 USD per person excluding utilities. The lease for the apartment is for a period of 14 months. The apartment is equipped with an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher and has a great view of the sf-oakland area. The building has several amenities including two rooftop decks, a rooftop pool, gym, coworking lounge, screening room, paid parking and more. The building is conveniently located with access to great restaurants in the Temescal area, convenience stores, bus stops and the Macarthur Bart station (all within walking distance).

A little bit about me: I am a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and have recently started working with a philanthropic organization in the Bay Area. I work from home three days a week. I am a vegetarian and I cook regularly. I am clean, respectful, friendly and do not smoke.
