All utilities are included (high speed wireless internet, Wi-Fi, cable TV, electric, water, gas heat)! Share kitchen, with extra refrigerators in the garage if needed and laundry machines. Plenty of street parking available. The house is in a safe and great neighborhood all in a short distance to I-95, Fort Belvoir, I-495, Lorton VRE, Springfield Metro, Food Lion, Giant Food, Glory Days, Burger King, McDonalds, Shell Gas stations, 7-11 store, barber shop, parks, bike trails, and etc…

Only Single. No families/couple. Please be respectful and professional. All tenants are vaccinated. Sorry, NO smoking/pets allow.

Lease Term: 12 months plus Rent: $750 per month (due on 1st day of the month) depending on the room. Security Deposit is required ($800 due on 1st day of the month) on the room.
