3 months lease term rent is 1500 per months. Move in cost 3500. We will assume that you will be done after 3 months. If you like to stay longer such as year or 6 more months. We will use those lease terms.

One year lease: 1k per month+1k Security deposit. **Pls provide 2 month notice.

Looking for single occupancy only. No smoking in the house, no drugs, drama free, and no pets-one cat already no more. Must be an easy going person and clean up after yourself. We prefer someone with an existing background check or clearance. We are all former military or government worker.
