Price is going to be negotiable and bills could be included, I need to confirm with few others before hand as it could be a lot more less. Apartment is currently in works of being repaired. Planning to make it a beautiful home, new floors put in, new bathroom being installed, AC also being installed, in process of obtaining furniture etc. 2 bed apartment with 1 room spare.

Only myself at the moment, one more room available as this is a 2 bedroom apartment. I’m in full time employment and I usually get back in around 7pm, I’m a mixed martial artist so sometimes I’m out all evening. Very easy going, just need someone to be able to treat a home as a home as I am spending a lot of money to renovate this apartment to become a proper home.
