Jenna's room

This room is great for someone to live on their own. The room is located on the first floor with its own private bathroom . It has dual closets for extra space and lots of natural light during the day. The house is located just minutes away from everything including Victoria gardens. This is a nice quiet clean community to reside in. (Pictures will be uploaded soon).

We are looking for someone who is clean , quiet and respectful. Preferably full time working. Small dog welcome. Male or Female welcome. No guests. $1300 for single tenant $1500 for double tenant . Pet rent $200. We have 3 cats and a dog inside. Any pet will have to be outside and in the garage at all times.

They’re are other tenants here who live upstairs. Everyone is nice and respectful and works during the day. We like to keep things clean so that is a MUST.
