In search of one more roommate in the 2- story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house I’m currently renting at for this lease which. which goes through July.

It’s 3K square feet, located in Mckinney (right on the border of McKinney, Prosper, and Frisco off of Custer Road and 380) and has a decent sized backyard. There is a living room upstairs and downstairs and a front room by the front door where we have a pool table.

Rent is $2,900 total so with a 4th person adeed it’ll be $725. And that does not include utilities (electricity, water, WiFi) so that will be extra per month. The lease ends July 31st.

A little about me: I’m 30, I have my bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas, I have no kids or pets, I work from home (except for one week each month when I have to go in to the office), I’m really big into movies and hope that whatever roommates I do find would be interested in movie nights (although not required lol). I have a 75 inch 4K tv with surround sound in the main living room. I’m also a big Dallas Mavs fan so I like watching their games as well. I do require that you have a stable income so that paying rent and utilities monthly will go smoothly.
