It’s a two bedroom two bath condo within a gated community. The room for rent is on the second floor, next to the kitchen, with a bathroom just next to it. Condo has a washer and dryer as well as a living room table, a couch and tv. There is availability for 1 cat or one dog under 35 lbs. available parking in the garage or parking spot on other side of the house. Only one house key so whoever parks in the garage just gets the garage opener. The condo is about a mile from the flatirons mall and down the street from a Safeway. It’s about 20 minutes from Boulder.

Hi, I’m Sam a 24 year old female. I have two cats, Baileys and Cas, both are fairly shy and stay in my room throughout the day. They are very loving once they feel comfortable but it takes a while for them to warm up to new people. I am fairly easy going. I work 8-4 daily and usually relax when I get home. I haven’t explored much of Colorado and am hoping to do that in the coming months. I like keeping common areas clean, I pick up after my stuff and do my dishes quickly. I love watching movies and photography. I tend to be a bit reserved and spend time in my room but I’m always down to go out an explore. There’s some walking trails by the condo that have really nice views.
