Looking for a respectful, professional woman who is tidy and easygoing. I work from home so I’m in the shared spaces often. No smoking is allowed in the home out of respect for neighbors and our lease, and quiet hours are from 10p-8a.

If those guidelines sound like an fit for you, then I have a large primary bedroom and bathroom for you to enjoy! This is in the University Area, a short drive to the college and to the Concord/Huntersville areas.

The rent will include wi-fi, water, electricity… all the things. My $1000 price point is negotiable, so if you’re interested, let me know.

As for me? I’m very laid-back, and a full time worker and student. Deeply into fitness…and video games even more 😂 When I’m not busy, I’m either relaxing outside, catching up with friends, or traveling (my ultimate fav ☺️)
