Private porches on the front and rear of the house. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment and recently updated appliances. Private designated parking spot in rear of building for your use. No in-unit washer and dryer but multiple laundromats nearby.

Location: Situated between Oak Square and Brighton Center. A short walk to multiple gyms, restaurants, and outdoor areas. Easy access to multiple bus lines (57, 501, and 86). Green Line and Boston Landing Commuter Rail stations are also located nearby. The Mass Pike is also easily accessible.

Fees: Rent is $2350 a month split equally, with each roommate paying $784. Landlord is asking for a payment of first and last month’s rent for a total of $1568. Utilities are not included in rent.
