The room is furnished . It’s a big room carpeted . The community is quiet. It’s a 2 story house with 4 bedrooms on the second floor and I bathroom .There is half bath downstairs that can also be used. All you have to have is your toiletries . You can use the kitchen .pots and pans for cooking and can use the washer and dryer once a week and you may use the heated pool.

The renters here happens to be all professional I’m a retired nurse with a young female dog Maltese whose name is Jackie I’m staying in the master bedroom downstairs . My grand children comes once in a while with their parents to use the solar heated pool.
