You must be drug free and this is a non-negotiable drug free property, this includes no smoking of any kind inside the house. Your bedroom is fully private; however, the communal areas are shared including refrigerator, kitchen/dining space, living room, back patio, and the 2 full baths.

All brand-new comfortable beds with new bedding included. Large, luxury, specious lounge space with brand-new furniture. Equipped with oversize HD cable TV with high-speed Internet ready in the lounging area. This house is located on a nice and quiet block near walking distance of all major transits stops and minutes away from Center City and the airport.

Washer & dryer available on-site. All charges & utilities including heat are included, and toilet paper added as a bonus.
