Private room on basement level, private balcony, large closet, own bathroom and kitchenette (no oven, but can use upstairs oven, shared washer & dryer. 1 parking spot off road, Wi-Fi included, 1/3 electric

We are friendly and flexible. There is a common entrance but a very separate living space. Two sisters and one adorable toddler. We keep a nice clean home. We are pet friendly as long as they get along with our little dog and our outdoor cat.

One sister works full time and the other is a caregiver for her special needs toddler.
