Keith's room

This house is spilt into a front back duplex. We get the back with a nice backyard to hangout or play with your dog in. We also have south facing windows along the entire place, so we have a sun filled spot with lots of character and privacy. We are walking distance to CalTran and San Carlos downtown since we’re near Holly and Old County. Short drive/good walk to Redwood City downtown. Close to freeways. Though the space is mostly shared, it is beautiful and the setup provides plenty of privacy. In addition to a large bed room, full bathroom, and kitchen/living room, I have a small music studio in the backyard that I will spend at least half of my time in. I also spend a lot of time in the kitchen/living room, leaving the bedroom (the biggest room) mostly for you. You of course have full access to the kitchen/living room, and though my closet will probably need to stay in the bedroom (but I’m open to getting creative), I would sleep in the studio or sometimes on the couch. The spaces are divided by a hallway (which the bathroom is off of) which we can isolate with curtains of your choosing. Rent is very low for this area, and utilities are included. I am a very friendly and considerate person, so I ask for the same in return. I am open to all walks of life, though I will always ask that you remain respectful to our space as my home as well as yours. I am a music teacher and a drummer. I would like to practice here, but I also have my classroom at work that I will spend a lot of time practicing in. I’d prefer to find someone that I can hang with and enjoy talking with, but also leave alone and do my own thing around. I’m looking to create a very relaxed and respectful environment. I hope I find someone who wants to add to and enjoy that environment with me. If you’re interested, I hope to hear from you soon. I’m the only other person that would live here. I’m about to turn 35 and I’m a white male who has been a music teacher (along with many other random jobs) since I was 16. I now run an instrumental music program at a private school in Belmont. My job is my life and I love playing drums and talking about anything interesting. I’m happy to tell you more about me as I learn more about you.
