Camino Capistrano

One bedroom available, in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Plenty of private parking on the did of the unit right next to the front door. We do have a detached two car garage for storage. Bedroom and closet are on the smaller side, but it’s beach living and there is ocean view from bedroom window.

Jack and I are both in our mid twenties and have lived here for about two months and are looking for a third roommate. He is a fire fighter and is hardly home, I work on the ride from March to October to I am also hardly home over the summer. We are both very down to earth love to be outside, when we happen to be home at the same time we love to go out for a beer or two.
