1.5 year old furnished townhouse. Bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall that may be shared if 3rd bedroom is rented out. 2nd bedroom is listed separately. (Bigger room) Room will be unfurnished. Attic space is available for storage. Parking is on the street directly in front of the townhome or in the parking lot close by. Greenway is located in the neighborhood. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, high speed internet, ring security, Netflix, Hulu)
