About the room
Looking for a female roommate ideally 30+ professional for a 6 mo lease, can be extended to yearly if goes well. 2 bed, shared bath. 2nd floor in 2 story building. Internet, gas, water, heat included. Electric will be your responsibility, I currently pay ~8/mo since I’m there so infrequently.
The shared spaces are partially furnished. Your room would be free to be furnished as you please, anything in the shared living spaces can be discussed.
There is a nice shared lawn/sitting and grilling area, laundry on site (requires a walk outside to the back to the building). The community is quiet, mix of younger and older folks.
The condo is close to downtown, grocery and a drug store. NJ transit train station is 1.5 miles away.
About the roomies
Other bedroom will be owner occupied (by myself). You’ll mostly have the place to yourself as I split my time between two places. Looking for someone who is responsible and can clean up after themselves.
