It’s the Gold Elm Apartment complex, it has a nice pool, nice gym, nice Clubhouse, lots of trees with bird chirping, a large beautiful park with a small wooden bridge entrance, great for theraputic walks. It’s a 2+2 with garage. I have heard of no crime here and we have law enforcement living on premisis, you can look at Gold Elm on the internet for pics. the room is furnished, i will post videos and pics of everything, if you have your own furinture, no problem, I’ll move it all to the garage so you can put yours in. nice screened in Lanai, I have 2 cats, Sidney and Willis, so you have to be nice to my cats or no go. Room is 11x 10, really nice, large living area, clean kitchen, has washer & dryer so no launry mat! Bathroom is all yours and clean, has screened in Lanai. I have an antenna that gets a lot of channels for TV, so no cable or internet, if you want to get it, no problem, we will work something out, there’s lots of open parking, but since it has a 2 car garage, if you wanted to park there, we could work that out too, it’s all negotiable, and I’m a super reasonable, easygoing man. I’m 60 years old, and I lost my wife a little over a year ago, so i’m not looking for a female to live here for any other reason than females tend to love cats like me, way more than guys, not looking for anything romantic for sure. As far as utlities go, there’s only electric, I didn’t list it utilities included because there’s people out there that like it really cold and that could really increase the bill, once again, It’s all negotiable. No one living here but me and my 2 cats, its really impotant to me to have someone here who loves cats. I’m 60 years old, I’m here because I lost my wife and couldn’t bear to live in the house anymore. I’m a really easygoing fair man that doesn’t get rattled easily, I keep the place clean, but I’m not obsessive about it, everyone has days where they wake up a little late and have to rush off to work, or something just comes up and you can cleen up right away, I’m totally cool with that. If you ever had to rush off and leave your clothes in the dryer and I had to do laundry, I’d fold your clothes for you best I could and not sweat it at all, but please know i’d never just throw your clothes in a pile somewhere if you couldn’t get to it for some reason. If you smoke weed I’m cool with that, if you smoke cigarettes just take it outside or on the Lanai, but no drugs please.
